1905年頃から製造されていた露出計です。
覗き穴から対象物を見て、本体を回転させるとだんだん暗くなり、見えなくなったことろが適正露出になる仕組みです。

状態は年代の割には綺麗な方だと思います。
露出の精度はよくわかりませんが、回転すると暗くなります。

付属品はケースです。
