Sire Larry Carlton S7 Vintage ストラトキャスター

日本ではベースで有名なSire(サイアー)のストラトキャスタースタイルのギターです。 
カラーはホワイトにべっこう柄のピックガードで、ヴィンテージ感あふれるモデルです。 
グロス加工された指板との組み合わせによって独特の風貌を手に入れています。 
全体的にこの価格帯のギターとは思えない非常に美しい仕上がりだと思います。 
 
ボディ材はアメリカンアルダー、ネックはローステッドハードメイプルとなっています。 
特徴的な点として、指板のエッジ部分にはゆるやかに丸みを持たせる加工がしてあり、とても握りやすい形状となっています。 
また、ネックプレート部分も斜めに角度が付けられ、ハイフレット部分も非常に弾きやすく、 
ラリーカールトン氏監修ということもありプレイング面で妥協のない作りと言えます。 
 
ロッキングチューナー搭載により、弦交換も楽かつチューニングのズレも最小化されています。 
加えて、ヘッド部分に弦を押さえるテンションピンがありませんが、 
弦高を合わせるために、チューナーの高さ自体が異なる贅沢な設計となっています。 
 
ピックアップは5ポジション切替となっており、多彩なサウンドメイクが可能です。
