「Banana Boat(Day-O)」、「Jamaica Farewell」で知られるHarry Belafonteは40年以上活躍しているシンガーであり俳優でもあるが、彼が黒人の地位向上や差別撤退の活動をしていることをご存知だろうか。
彼が2001年に「Long Road To Freedom: An Anthology of Black Music」という5枚組CDをリリース。これは10年間にも渡ってレコーディング後30年経ったアメリカン・ブラック・ミュージックの音源を再発掘しコンパイルした歴史的価値のある作品だ。ブラック・ミュージック・ファンが必携なのはもちろん、全音楽ファンが聴くべき、いや聴かねばならない作品だ。

ピーターバラカンさんの番組で特集された、歴史的価値のある素晴らしいアンソロジー。
140ページの貴重な写真満載の充実の写真集付き。

アメリカのバージニア州から中古で購入。
CDおよびDVD盤面は明らかな傷なし。あっても再生に影響ない程度の小傷。当方のプレーヤーで再生に問題なし。DVDはNTSC盤とPAL盤がそれぞれ１枚の両面に収録されている。
特にボックス外装が全体的に汚れ傷みが目立ちます。（写真10枚目・ボックス背表紙）ボックスは上方が 2箇所とも破れあり。(写真９枚)
CD・DVDを収納するケースも汚れ、ダメージあり。(写真3、4、5枚目)
写真集は、中は概ね良好な状態ですが、外装が汚れ目立ちます。(写真6枚目)
付属物は写真にある通り。

当方は自宅保管、喫煙者なし、ペットなし。
全体に傷みの目立つ中古品ですので、神経質な方は購入お控えください。
いたみの評価は主観です。完璧な状態の保証は出来かねます。
