These Terms and Conditions, together with any and all other documents referred to herein, set out the terms of use under which you may use this website, www.cmlondonclinic.com (“Our Sites”) in addition to Our appointment and in clinic policies. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of Our Site. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using Our site immediately.
 

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

Means to any and all technology, text, images, links, audio, video, graphics, animation, scripts, code, files, software, data, databases and any other form of information capable of being stored on a computer that appears on, or forms part of, Our Site: www.cmlondonclinic.com

“System”

Means any online communications infrastructure that is made available through Our Site (www.cmlondonclinic.com) either now or in the future. This may include, but is not limited to, contact forms, email, live chat and forums; and

Means any services performed by CM LONDON CLINIC LTD, which shall include without limitation any of the aesthetic treatments and/or wellness services described on Our site, any aesthetic treatments and/or wellness services offered but not otherwise listed on this site, any aesthetic treatments and/or wellness services carried out by CM LONDON CLINIC LTD, face to face consultations, virtual consultations, contact via social media/email/phone, top-ups and reviews.

Wellness and gym Memberships

All gym and wellness memberships signed up to are for a minimum period of 3 months. Please refer to Our website in order to find the full list of wellness services/treatments available, and if there are any services outside of this you wish to enquire about, please call Us on 020 8616 5920 or email info@cmlondonclinic.com.

Wellness and gym bookings

As to adhere to the privacy and adherence of Our clients, all wellness and gym bookings are made according to time slots available online (www.cmlondonclinic.com), or by calling 0208 616 5920.

Appointment Cancellation: Non-surgical Aesthetics & Wellness

Please note CM London Ltd operates a 48-hour cancellation policy for both non-surgical aesthetic treatments and/or wellness services. If you wish to cancel or rearrange appointments, We kindly ask you to give us 48 hours’ notice. We reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of the appointment if there is a no show or adequate notice is not given. A non-refundable £50 booking fee is taken to secure an online or telephone booking. Should you wish to proceed with a non-surgical aesthetic treatment and/or wellness service, this £50 booking fee can be used towards the cost of your aesthetic treatment and/or wellness service on the day. Should you decide at your consultation that you do not wish to have an aesthetic treatment and/or wellness service, this £50 booking fee will be retained to cover Our time and expertise. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the 48-hour cancellation period mentioned above, this will be processed and no longer available to redeem against aesthetic treatments and/or wellness services.

If for any reason you are late for an appointment or unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible by email/phone us (info@cmlondonclinic.com or 0208 616 5920) to check if you should reschedule your appointment. If you will be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, We reserve the ability to cancel your appointment. Your general medical health is important for you and to us, and We are happy to reschedule your aesthetic treatment and/or wellness service if necessary.

Change/Cancel Your Appointment: Non-surgical Aesthetics & Wellness

Please contact us by email at info@cmlondonclinic.com or by telephone on 0208 616 5920 if you wish to change or cancel your appointment. We strive to ensure that We are always available to you by phone or email, however you may not always be able to speak with us straight away. We are a very small team and can get very busy, so please keep trying or use the online system. Please note that We DO NOT accept cancellations via, SMS text message, Instagram or other social media platforms posts/ messages, or by answer phone message.

Treatment Follow Ups: Non-surgical Aesthetics

Please contact us by email at info@cmlondonclinic.com or by telephone on 0208 616 5920 to speak to a member of Our team if you wish to follow up on an aesthetic treatment and/or wellness service. If you book and then fail to attend your follow-up at a scheduled date/time without informing us in due time, another will not be offered automatically and there may be an additional charge of £50 if needed.

Follow are available to be carried out for non-surgical aesthetic treatments and in cases where you would like us to check up on your last treatment, these are typically two weeks post treatment. If additional treatments are needed on the day of your follow up, this may incur a charge.

Anti-Wrinkle treatment top ups are 2 weeks later only and a charge is incurred for a single top-up to the sum of £50. Treatments or packages with Dermal Fillers follow ups are 2-4 weeks post treatment and no charge will be incurred for minor tweaks where these occur during this timeframe. Any further dermal filler treatments will incur a charge if more is needed/requested. The costs for these will be discussed on the day of meeting.

Treatment Courses: Non-surgical Aesthetics

Aesthetic treatment courses and/or packages are non-refundable, however balances for outstanding treatments in some cases may be transferred to alternative aesthetic treatments if the original treatment(s)/plan is considered unsuitable at any point. This is at Our total discretion and so please speak to us regarding this. Please also note We may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs and any further charges will be discussed prior to being applied.

Policy on Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside or on clinic premises.

Policy on Children

For health and safety reasons, minors (under 18 years old) are not permitted into Our clinic or treatment room and under no circumstances will be allowed to accompany the client into the treatment rooms. Our staff are neither trained nor insured to look after children, and will respectfully decline client requests to watch a child during treatments.

In cases where a client attends accompanied by a minor (under 18 years old), We reserve the right to refuse/cancel your appointment in order to ensure complete safety at all times.

 Policy on Pets

We regret that We are unable to allow pets into Our clinic or treatment room for hygiene and aseptic reasons. If under any circumstance the pet is required for a disability, please ensure you contact us before your appointment so that we may make suitable arrangements.

In cases where We are not informed of this, We reserve our right to refuse/cancel an appointment(s).

Promotional Days/Offers

All offers are limited to one offer per person and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or product purchases. Additional terms and conditions will apply.

Treatment Results

Your practitioner will discuss treatment expectations at your consultation and will strive to achieve the best result for you, however, treatment results will vary from person to person and no guarantee of an exact result can be provided. This is due to individual skin types, conditions, age and degree of ageing appearance.

?Treatment Day/Post Treatment Swelling/Bruising

Your practitioner will explain the likelihood of temporary bruising/swelling during and aftercare treatment(s). Please ensure you follow the aftercare advice provided and get in touch if you experience any adverse reactions and/or unexplained sensation of pain which is not discussed in the aftercare plan.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds on any non-surgical aesthetic treatments or wellness services that have been provided under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In cases where non-surgical aesthetic treatments have produced undesired results or an adverse outcome, an alternative treatment may or may not be offered ‘free of charge’ and/or at a discounted rate. This is totally at the discretion of CM London Clinic.

Compliments and Complaints Policy

We have many happy clients and if you are pleased with your treatment results, We hope you will tell others about your positive experience with us and recommend Our services to them.

If We haven’t quite met your expectations, please allow Us the opportunity to discuss this with you. In the first instance We encourage you to speak with your practitioner or therapist. If you still feel that the issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction then a formal complaint should be made by e-mail to info@cmlondonclinic.com using the title “FORMAL COMPLAINT” in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days.

Access to Our Site

Access to Our site is free of charge. It is your responsibility to make any and all arrangements necessary in order to access Our site. Access to Our site is provided “as is” and on an “as available” basis. We may alter, suspend or discontinue Our site (or any part of it) at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you in any way if our site (or any part of it) is unavailable at any time and for any period.
